Meet Your Head Trainer

Success stories are there as proof of my expertise and unique professional approach. I feel a success story myself… Being in my forties, very busy, with a family and 2 daughters, with hobbies and staying focus on my health and fitness is not easy but I do it!

I do hold a Sport Science and Physical Education (BSc degree) as well as an Exercise and Quality of Life (MSc degree). Although I obtained a good understanding of nutrition during my studies, I run my site not from the perspective of a nutrition expert with every degree known to man, but as a normal guy down in the trenches with you—someone who practices fitness, and really enjoys staying active while pushing myself to be in the best shape I can be. I help others get healthy by destroying excuses, providing actionable advice, designing workouts with no gym required, and helping build new habits that actually stick.

Even though I am a presenter and speaker at international conferences and seminars I still invest in my personal growth and education. Yes, I’ve been numerous times on TV shows and radio programs but I’m still down to earth and very modest. Also, as a Training Manager and Head Trainer of Les Mills taking part in international filming and presenting in awesome fitness events in front of hundreds of participants I’m still in love with teaching classes, small groups and individuals.
